Hi, I’m Malan! I’ll be providing sport & deep tissue massage at the JW Fitness Recovery Centre.

I’ve been studying Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage for the past three years at Cardiff Metropolitan University. During my time, I’ve gained the following qualifications:

- ITEC Sports Massage level 3, 4 & 5

- Sport Taping (Kinesiology Taping & Strapping)

- First Aid for Sport and Exercise

- CIMSPA Gym Instructor
