Jarrod created the bespoke treatment this is a combination treatment where he will first asses your problems and treat using what methods are needed sports massage, acupuncture, dry needling, cupping 

b12 injections will be performed by Jarrod

Hi, I’m Malan! I’ll be providing sport & deep tissue massage at the JW Fitness Recovery Centre.

I’ve been studying Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage for the past three years at Cardiff Metropolitan University. During my time, I’ve gained the following qualifications:

- ITEC Sports Massage level 3, 4 & 5

- Sport Taping (Kinesiology Taping & Strapping)

- First Aid for Sport and Exercise

- CIMSPA Gym Instructor
